Brian Monihan
Retired President of NBC Sports Philadelphia
Brian is a 40-year veteran of the media and television industry. Most recently, he was President and GM of NBC Sports Philadelphia for 14 years, where he negotiated rights deals for the Phillies TV contract, as well as multiple renewals for the Flyers and 76ers. His work also included rights contracts with the Eagles, Union and several colleges.

Sherman Neal
NIL Specialist

Sherman works as an NIL specialist in the evolving college sports landscape, empowering collegiate and professional athletes to leverage their platform to generate revenue, add value to their organizations, and lead communities. He was previously a football player and coach at the Division 1 level, and also worked with Washington State as a Strategic Initiatives Coordinator. 



Brett Jones
Chief of Staff- LEONA Marketing Group
Brett Jones currently serves as Chief of Staff for LEONA. In this role, Brett oversees the operations of the company while assisting the leadership team in determining and prioritizing business strategies. Brett serves as the day-to-day contact between LEONA and its clients while focusing on identifying and developing new business opportunities. His previous experiences include stops at the Danville Braves and in the James Madison University athletics department.

Austin Jones
Analyst, Insights & Analytics, Brand Consulting- Creative Artist Agency (CAA)
Austin is currently an Analyst in the Brand Consulting department at CAA. His role includes providing actionable insights to business unit stakeholders (Agents Executives, and client management teams) using cutting-edge data and analytical tools Prior to this role, he was a graduate extern at Temple University's Sport Industry Research Center, and earned his degree in Sport Business from Temple University as well.

Jerry Oravitz
Senior Associate AD, University of Delaware Football
Jerry has been a key member of the University of Delaware Athletics Department for 25 years, including 20 years in various roles in football administration. In February 2022, Oravitz transitioned to a newly created role of Senior Associate AD for Football. In this role, he works closely with student-athlete alumni and major gift donors as a part of the Athletics Development team.
